Thank you for making the 2007 Everyday Heroes Event a success!
The American Red Cross Midland Gladwin Chapter recently held it's 7th Annual
Everyday Heroes event on may 21st, 2007. In conjunction with honoring its
"Everyday Heroes," First Responders (Policemen, Firemen, & EMT's), all area
school children in both Midland and Gladwin in grades K-5 were given the
opportunity to draw a picture that represented to them "What does a hero mean to
me?". As an added incentive, savings bonds were donated courtesy of
Comerica Bank.
